[HELP] OBS Quicksync H.264 Failed

I have updated lasted version of all drivers. I can't not start streaming with OBS with Quicksync H.264 output setting. I have installed and run Intel Easy Streaming Wizard. Error appears: "Starting the ouput failed". There're no solutions in OBS forums that can solve my problem. Does anyone have solution 😞
