A thread was created less than a year ago talking about this very same subject, located here:
It was closed because the bulk of the issues were solved with new drivers, and that was that. Unfortunately this wasn't fully fixed. I am on the very latest drivers and I'm still seeing random corruption. I have screenshots that demonstrate.
Here's what the picture should look like: http://i.imgur.com/YtZYs94.png http://i.imgur.com/YtZYs94.png
And here's what it looks like when the Intel graphics start corrupting the textures, in the very same way the original thread talks about:

This at fully stock BIOS settings on a brand new i7 7700k and HD 630. I do not see graphics corruption like this in most of my games, but I have seen it in some other DirectX9 titles as well.

Hi Thomas,
I would like to replicate this issue but I will need additional information about your system and graphics configuration.
Please fill out the following form as complete as possible.
/thread/77761 https://communities.intel.com/thread/77761
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
"We need to hear directly from you, our valued customers, which color-related options (e.g. Hue, Wide Gamut) from the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel you use the most. In an effort to better optimize our driver, some of these Control Panel features are targeted for removal for future platforms, and thus we need to know what are the different real-world use cases in which these features prove useful to you. On this link you can leave us your feedback: /thread/111279 https://communities.intel.com/thread/111279 "

Hello Thomas,
We will need dxdiag and the dispdiag report too in order to replicate the issue.
DxDiag Instructions:
- Click on the "Start Menu" -> Type "DxDiag" -> Press "Enter" -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading
- In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click "Save All Information" -> Save the file DxDiag.txt
- Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum
DispDiag Instructions:
- Click on the "Start Menu" -> Type "cmd" -> Then a command shell window will open
- In the command shell, type "dispdiag -out %homepath%\Desktop\DispDiag-Intel-Issue.dat" -> The command shell will output something similar to "Dump File: C:\Users\[username]\DispDiag-# -# -# -# .dat"
- Locate the .dat file on your desktop and include DispDiag-Intel-Issue.dat in the Intel Community Forum

Here are the files.
I really feel we're going through unnecessary motions here. The original post I linked to shows that this is a clear case of drivers not handling the rendering properly. It has nothing to do with my setup or anyone else's involved. All that needs to be known is that Intel iGPUs and the latest drivers are not correctly rendering older DX9 games properly. This is not due to any user specific setup, it's reproducible on multiple machines, it's the driver. Please have your technicians investigate the original thread and any changes that were made in the driver to fix those issues, because they weren't completely resolved.
In roughly a week's time I will be on an Nvidia GPU and won't be affected by these issues anymore. I'm doing this for the people who are only able to use integrated Intel GPUs, so as to help make the driver support more compatible for those people affected by it.

I have an update to add here:
The problem is NOT limited to Halo
The problem is NOT limited to DX9
I have experienced the exact same kind of stretched polygon/texture artifacting now in other games as well, including OpenGL titles. The most recent example is the brand new released Turok 2: Seeds of Evil remaster.
Furthermore, it is definitively NOT a glitch unique to my hardware. I have verified it on two separate Intel i7 7700k machines, and an i7 6700k as well. The exact same graphics corruptions are present among all three systems. This tells me that without a doubt we are dealing with driver issues, not hardware. This gives me hope that these issues can be resolved, but I am fearful your programmers might not be taking these artifacts seriously and nothing will ever be done. These are long standing issues that have been widely reported and documented, confirmed to be not related to the hardware but the software, and still nothing has been done about them.

Hi Thomas,
We have filed an internal bug report 1405609824 for this issue.
If a new driver update comes up that fixes this issue, we will announce it here: https://communities.intel.com/thread/109543 https://communities.intel.com/thread/109543, and you should eventually get it automatically via Windows Update.
Best Regards.
Jeffrey.
