Hardware Transform and Lighting driver for Intel G965 graphics card.

I have an Intel G965 graphics card purchased a few years ago, and I want to play Fallout 3. When loading, the game displays the following I read http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-011910.htm here that my Graphics Card (G965 X3000) supports hardware TnL. Where can I find the latest driver for my graphics card (the intel website won't allow me to download drivers and I've tried drivers from my manufacturer, Dell, but after installing, I still receive the same error message)?

Hi, it is possible that dell have limited it, OEM companies do this with compoennts, as to then have a higher model that does have it. But anyways whether this is true or not i doubt very very very much that you are ever going to be able to play fallout 3 on those cards
