Haswell 4600 Graphics and DirecTV2PC

I saw a similar discussion regarding Ivy Bridge 4000 graphics, but no resolution was posted after nearly 6 months.raphics

It looks like the same problem is affecting Haswell with 4600 graphics. Do I need to install my old graphics card as a workaround?

This is a compatibility problem that needs to be addressed through your software developer.
