Intel EOLed this stuff already and is not offering drivers to support them under Windows 10. You are currently running on a compatibility driver provided by Microsoft. This is an older driver and its OpenGL and OpenCL support is ancient. There is no maintenance of this driver going on, however, so absolutely no chance of getting any updates.
Bottom line, I am sorry to say, there is absolutely no chance of getting what you need. If this is important to your work, you are going to have to purchase a significantly newer system.
