Having outdated graphics driver

I am having Intel Pentium j2900 processor with Intel HD graphics but I want to use Intel HD 620 or like 3000 because the Intel HD graphics driver does not good i can't play valorant properly with that

You cannot change your graphics.  Also, you cannot change your processor.
