Are you using the driver provided by ASUS?

Have you tried different/quality cables?

Also, what is your processor model number?

What version of windows 10? 1909?

When you go to START, SETTINGS, SYSTEM, ABOUT, above where you found the version, look for Device Specifications, Processor.

it doesn't specify and just shows "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHZ"

you have an i7-6700 processor.

This is the latest driver for your intel graphics:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29426?product=88196

You should be able to download and install the exe version. This is assuming you do not have an add-on graphics card (like nvidia or amd). Do you know if you have nvidia or amd? If you do not have those, then install the Intel driver.

you can look in the device manager, or run dxdiag, or look at the back of your PC.

Or, you can download, run, and attach (using the paperclip) the results of this utility:

Just a photo of the back, or the SSU report.

Or, the complete model number (as there are several versions of your PC)
