Help Me Run Just Cause 3 on Integrated Graphics - Intel HD Graphics 4000

Currently, I have just purchased Just Cause 3. With DLC included, and only have Intel HD Graphics 4000. And plenty of space on my hard drive.

The Problem Is... it lags, and stutters.

I get low FPS... very low FPS. I also wait for the game to load then connect a controller. Are there any mod(-ification)s that I can use, or a way to make it run faster?

Well, here is the deal. I'm running on Windows 10 on what used to be a 32-bit Windows 8.1

Thank you for the information ROBOKILLER1337, in this case, I was reviewing the system requirements for Just Cause 3 and it requires a 64 bit operating system you can check here:
