Help with drivers, and graphics issues

Hello, so I am wondering why I am not able to use a direct X greater than 10. I am also no longer able to play mine craft because of issues i'm getting from "pixel acceleration and open GL" I've been on windows previous versions with direct X 11, and able to play mine craft, but now I am stuck with this. I also feel like my drivers are out of date. Can someone please assist me?
