Hey guys, I have a picture and video noise with my Intel HD graphics 530, it´s not the monitor, first I had an old monitor with a DVI cable and now I bought a full HD Samsung with a HDMI cable, the issue is the same. What can I do to fix that problem?

My setup: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz, 4001 MHz, 4 Kern(e), 8 logische(r) Prozessor(en) mit integrierter Intel(R) HD Graphics 530, driver Intel corporation, driver date 25.09.2019
