Intel utilities is telling me that my existing driver is a customized computer manufactured one so they cannot provide me with the updated one, can anyone point me in the right direction in identifying the correct one? I have been informed this is the reason why I cannot play certain games, the driver is outdated and the manufacture (Fujitsu) isnt providing one.

Hi Danny, at this moment Intel provides two generic driver versions. You can certainly try any of them via the exe installer or the zip installation method.

It is possible that your system will only be able to use the drivers provided by Fujitsu*; however, you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
