Hi, I have trouble with (I think ) my graphics and want to restall but I don't know what to restall.
Reason behind this : I use a monitor and a HDMI cable. After my latest windows update every time I connect my HDMI cable my laptop screen goes white (with some lines). Otherwise my Laptop screen is totally ok if I do not connect the cable, or connect it once in a while after a long period has passed. it has not been like that.
I think it has something to do with the graphics leading to the greyish white screen with gradations, can anyone tell me what to do? I want to re install the Intel graphic as shown on the photo, but I cant find it.
Also, I noticed I have two graphic display adapters, so I tried suspending use of one and connecting the cable to prevent collision - it is the same.
Kindly please adviseee...
