Horizontal flickering lines on top of the screen

Hi, I recently installed 1TB SSD from service center. He installed windows on SSD without removing OS from HDD, then after 3 days my screen got horizontal flickering lines on the top. And then I erased everything and installed Ubuntu again the flickering of screen started After i setup everything, then I opened hardware removed SSD and mounted it back by discounting and connecting the battery. Then when its normal back after, and when i was watching a video the screen got stuck and the same word started repeating again and again. I'm not understanding whats wrong with the system can some one please help? is there something wrong with bios setup.
