What is your processor model number?
What operating system (version and build number)?
What device? Desktop, laptop? Provide make and model number.

Windows 10 is not supported on your (Sandy Bridge) processor:
You have no choice but to use the Microsoft generic driver. You may want to upgrade to W10 1809 to see if that helps.
