The latest/last driver for your 6th gen processor is here:

Dowmload the driver, double click on it, and follow the bouncing ball.

Have you ever installed a driver before?

Where is this "run it as admin" coming from?

Now I think you should visit a PC repair shop for assistance.

So the Intel customer support technicians can have more information about your system, download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Glad it worked.

Be advised that Windows Update may choose to install an older version.

If so, report back and I will tell you how to correct that.

This is not an Intel problem.

I would remove and re-add the printer.

What OS are you runnint? W10 or W11?

If W11, then:

  • Settings
  • BT and Devices
  • Printers and scanners
  • select your printer
  • Remove

With all that, you should be able to find Add Printer to install it.

Then, the w11 steps should be close.

Going offline now - you are on your own.

Why did you even bother to ask which OS if the W11 steps are close enough? You could be a lot more useful if you gave actual instructions with the information. They asked HOW to update, not where can they find whatever driver. If they knew what to with that driver link they wouldn't be here asking for help. As a Super User maybe you take for granted the things you know that a Beginner has no idea about? Do better.

@aG_303_ You are just another user jealous of status rankings.  Move along, there is nothing to see here.
