How to enable keyboard backlight feature on Intel QC7 laptop?

Have windows 11 pro installed on my Intel LAPQC71B laptop. Everything works fine except the keyboard backlight is not functioning (the backlight turns on when the laptop powers on). I tried windows update, driver's update, etc., but no lucks so far. 

Anyone knows how to enable it or turn it on?

Configuration and control of the keyboard and front LEDs on the QC laptops is provided via the Intel Laptop Control Center app. Since I was unable to find its installer package in the Intel Download Center (no surprise; the QC laptops are discontinued and Intel pulls the content for discontinued products), I have attached the installer package that I have in my archive.

It took me 6 hours to find  how to make my keyboard backlight light up. 

the backlight even do not turn on when the laptop powers on. 

Your method is the only way make the light work!
