How to increase dedicated video mem for hd 4000 on surface pro tablet

Hello,

is there a way to increase the 'dedicated video memory' for an Intel HD Graphics 4000 chip in a Surface Pro Tablet running windows 8 pro?

Currently it is only 32MB and some of my programs require min. 512MB, e.g. Sony Vegas Pro in order to make use of the GPU acceleration features.

Can I set the value in UEFI, how?
