I have 2 seperate laptops, and many other customers system which are experinceing crashes. The only thing in common is that Intel HD Graphics 630 and/or 620 SHOW UP TWICE IN THE DXDIAG under Display Devices. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE I have attached 2 representative systems out of a possible 30 SYSTEMS !!!!!!
These systems were just fine less than 1 month ago, I no longer have the earlier DxDiag for TamekaDxDiag, but I will try to find it.
My COMPANY IS SUFFERING BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL !!!!!!!!
Have you contacted the manufacturer of the laptops?
Are you using the driver provided by the laptop manufacturers?
The laptop manufacturer is solely responsible for your support, warranty, and assistance. You should be contacting them for support, and quality control.
Also, it is very likely that they have modified the driver for their hardware, and why you should use only their driver and not the Intel generic driver.
Are you imaging the laptop, or using a single image to deploy on other laptops?
