What operating system version and build? If you are running Windows 10, you are not supported.

This is the latest driver for your graphics:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22521?product=43529 (64-bit)

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22519?product=43529 (32-bit)

If this does not work, then download, run, and ATTACH the results of this utility:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then, an Intel support engineer will be able to assist you.

I downloaded Win7Vista_64_152258.exe, uninstalled existing driver, run Win7Vista_64_152258.exe, it was installed, then I restarted the PC, Windows was started but then the screen stay black. I restarted the PC in Safe Mode and run SSU. Attached is the result file.

You have ATI graphics. Is your device a Laptop? If so, use only the drivers provided by HP.

If not a laptop, go to ATI for your graphics driver.

Sorry, for any support on your laptop, you have to work with HP. They are unlikely to help because of the age of your laptop, and that it is long out of warranty.
