I am not from Intel so I could easily be wrong, but perhaps it is updated by the provider of your BIOS. For example in the release notes for latest BIOS update of Intel NUC DN2820FYKH it says Updated graphics GOP Driver to version 7.2.1011

Hello Summer思念,
You would not be able to update a GOP driver directly since it is part of the firmware. But generally it is not necessary to update in this manner, please let me know what is your system brand and model and why would you need to update the GOP driver specifically.

I have a Insignia Flex 11.6 Model: NS-P11W6100

BIOS Vendor American Megatrends

Core Version 5.008
Compliancy UEFI 2.3; PI 1.2
BIOS Version T1CW16Zowee_M1100
Build Date and Time 09/22/2015 14:59:19
Microcode Patch 821
Intel(R) GOP Driver [7.2.1010]
Sec RC Version 00.05.00.00
TXE FW Version 01.01.00.115
Insigniasupport does not have any support files and can not tell me who the manufacturer is. The SD hard drive disappeared from the BIOS after the battery failed during Windows Update Recovery. I was hoping that a firmware update might be able to "find" the SD. Am hoping that you might be able to help me find the firmware file.

Insignia is responsible for the BIOS and all drivers for this device. You need to be working with their support people to resolve this issue.

Insignia is not the manufacturer, they just market and sell. Their support is just to replace during the warranty period. They either do not know or will not tell me who the manufacturer is. I was hoping that from the Intel(R) GOP Driver [7.2.1010] being used , you might be able to help me find the manufacturer.

Insignia is also your customer support; insist that they get you help from the manufacturer.
