Hello
I have an Arc A770 LE with two FHD monitors, connected over DP and HDMI. I also have an UHD 770 iGPU (13900K) with no monitors connected.
How do I use combined monitors (collage) please ? There is no such option for me in either Arc Control or the Graphics Command Center applications.
I have other discrete GPUs that have the option (the AMD Eyefinity and NVIDIA Surround), but Intel Arc can not do this ? Why ?
Can Intel implement the missing option please ?

Hello Adrian_Vasile_C_,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see that you are having issues using collage mode with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics, I understand how important is this for you, I will be happy to help you.
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- What are the monitor's make and model?
- What resolution do you use for both monitors?
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows to know your hardware and software information.

Hello
My 2 monitors are as follows:
- Philips 227E6 (connected over HDMI cable)
- Philips 241B7Q (connected over DisplayPort cable)
Both monitors have the same resolution: 1920x1080 (FHD), both running at 60 Hertz
I have attached here the SSU logs as instructed.

Hello Adrian_Vasile_C_,
Thank you for your time.
I have been working on the investigation of your issue, to enable Combined Desktop (Collage) you need at least 2 displays with the same physical dimensions and native timings (resolution, refresh rate) and use Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta). You can see the following video for guidance.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Is it necessary to REQUIRE the same physical dimensions for the monitors ? Can Intel update the Command Center to show a warning in this case, but allow combining the monitors ?
I obviously see the monitors have different sizes, and there is gonna be a (double) bezel between the monitors any way.
It hardly seems fair that I should buy a new monitor, to work around an artificial limitation for this issue...
Hello Adrian_Vasile_C_,
Were you able to watch the video and download Intel® Graphics Command Center (Beta)?
Let us know if you still need assistance.
