The problem is that videos dont play well with the basic adapter. What can I do to stop the flickering experienced with the intels hd graphics adapter

Get SSU from

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

and upload a report so we can recommend alternative drivers.
