I am running on a Intel DX79SI motherboard with an Intel i7 3970X cpu with 64gb ram, my graphics card is a quadro K5200 card I have a Tesla K40 Card which once I have installed on the motherboard the computer does not boot up ?

I just need to know if my motherboard is compatible with the K40 card or the card is corrupted please would appreciate any help on this, thank you

What you need to know is if your K40 is backward compatible with your motherboard. It likely is not.
