I am thinking about selling my gpu...and buy a console gaming and I am wondering if my computer still runs without the gpu.. I have a I5 8400 cpu(going on youtube, doing projects, something like that)

Your processor is equipped with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630. That means you don't need additional GPU to the tasks you detailed in your post. While disconnecting the GPU, you may need to enable the Integrated Graphics in Bios settings.
