Well, since you are on 1803, you should upgrade to 1903, as 1803 only has a few months of support remaining.
Since you posted in the graphics forum, I assume you are having an issue with graphics.
After you upgrade to 1903, use the latest graphics driver from Lenovo. If that does not solve your problem, then you "could" try using the latest DCH driver from here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28991/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?v=t
However, you should try the latest Lenovo driver for your graphics first.
