I bought i9-9900K a few days ago.
I've been trying to apply quicksync encoding for my OBS broadcasting.
1) I made my iGPU enabled with 1024Memory at the BIOS.
2) I installed the most recent graphic driver and OBS version.
3) I choosed OBS output encoder to "QuickSync H.264"
I did my best but when I begin streaming OBS turned off itself. and My system was under over loaded.
I tried to use another broadcasting program "Xsplit". but the result was same. Though there was an "QuickSync" option, If I choose and run it, Xsplit changed the encoder from "QuickSync" to "NVENC" automaticaly on encoding.
I also reinstalled my operating system (Win10 Pro K).
But It still misery.
I need a help. Please someone let me know how it works. I really want to use QuickSync technology for my broadcast encoding.

This computer is totally new one. I assembled 2weeks ago by myself.
I have a graphic card "Geforce RTX 2070".
Before I use rtx2070, I tested intel UHD 630. It works well (presenting screen well).
**
To summarize, my computer is totally new and the Intel graphics card presenting the screen well to the monitor. But Its only make a problem when I use it for encoding on Both OBS and Xsplit. Should I ask this problem to OBS or Xsplit QnA?
This is my system spec.

The issue it's reported to Intel and have internal case to solve.
