I can't find the right chipset driver

I'm looking for a PCI simple Controller Driver. I typed the VEN and DEV code in www.pcidatabase.com and I came out to this:

I' ve looked everywhere, but I can't find the right driver. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E7400. Could you help me? Thanks.
