I can't play Detroit Become Human

CPU: i9-12900K

RAM: 32GB

Mainboard: ASUS STRIX Z690-i

Graphics Card: Intel Arc A770(Resizable Bar ON)

Graphics Driver Version: 31.0.101.4032

OS: Windows 11 Pro(Bulid 22623.1095)

When I press the Start button, this message appears. If I press the OK button, A transparent game window will appear.

We understand the issue with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics we will try our best to provide you with a solution for this issue, to start please gather the following information:


When did the issue start?


What is the distribution service used to get the game? (Steam, Epic Games)


To get the Intel® System Support Utility report please follow these steps: 

1- Go to: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html...

and download the software. 

2- When finished downloading it, open it. 

3- Make sure to Mark the box "Everything" and then click "Scan. 

4- When finished scanning, click "Next." 

5- Click on "Save." 

6- Attach the file to this email and reply to it.

  • Have you tested an older version of the Intel® Arc™ Graphics driver?


  • Have you checked the integrity of the game files in your system?


  • Additionally, do you experience any different outcomes if you execute the application as "Administrator"?

            No

  • Have you checked the integrity of the game files in your system?

          Yes, game files are normal

  • Additionally, do you experience any different outcomes if you execute the application as "Administrator"? 

        The problem is the same even if the game runs as an administrator.

Excuse for my english and my interruption in this topic but I found it on a internet search and I would like to comment that I have exactly the same problem with the same graphic card. In my case I dont have it on Steam, I have a "disk" version and a full instalation on my computer but the problem is the same than @ResonantLake

And what do you think we should to do? Because I see these messages are from October 2021, about a fix for the game, and more than one year we are still on the same situation and no fix. At least should we write to the game developers for they see there are users waiting for a solution?

I am reading in their support website that "Detroit: Become Human PC does not support Intel GPUs (they are below the minimum specifications)."
