I can't run a game I want to play, because it says my graphics driver is outdated. When I go to
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers
and try to download a driver for my computer it tells me that my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Which driver do I download? Here is my system info:

You install the driver provided by HP for THEIR LAPTOP.
Go to the HP support site for their laptop.

Your Windows is outdated. You have version 1903 installed. The latest Windows version is 1909. So, update Windows first. The graphic driver you have installed now is version 20.19.0015.5070. This is the correct driver version released by HP for your laptop and Windows 10 64 bit 1909. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-stream-14-ax000-laptop-pc/12499221
