I downloaded updated graphics driver for my computer. tried to load it on to my system and was given message that it is not allowed?

What computer? Provide manufacturer and model number. Is this a laptop or desktop?

What operating system? If Windows 10, provide the VERSION NUMBER.

What processor? Provide the cpu model number.

Intel Detailed Description Page says that the update is supported in the May 2019 update. it is on the valid list of supported products.

Message after downloading and doing the install to Windows is - Operating System not supported when it is on the list that it is
