I ran the support utility and it shows no updates. I am wanting to know why my graphic card that is basically outdated has no updates. If there is an update where can I get it. If not then why isn't intel making updates for this card?

Hello, JaeNet:
Thank you for your answer, in this case, I would like to request a report from your system, with this report I can check which is the graphics driver you have installed and then compare it with the ones available to download.
With that I can let you know if it has to be updated or not.
How can you get that report?
-Access: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
-Download the utility
-Scan your system with the utility
-Export the report (hit next and then save) and attach it to your answer with the advanced editor option (reply button and then check upper right corner)
Hope I can hear from you.
Regards,
Esteban C

It doesn't show that option for me on the right side corner. It's blank. everything on the left side shows up but there is no option for advance editor.

It may be user thingy, JaeNet lets do the following, please access the SSU tool, run it and once you get the report, copy the summary view, all the information noted there, and paste it in your answer, something like this:

Hello, JaeNet :
Thank you very much for the information provided!
The Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU Z2760 belongs to the Cloverview product codenamed, which were released a while ago (2012).
I wanted you to have that piece of information to let you know this is not supported under Windows 10* and be able to double check it in the link provided below.
Also tried to find drivers at the support page for the manufacturer of your device without success.
At this point, the options would be, install all windows updates to have the latest possible driver for your Graphics adapter gathered up by Windows updates, or get Windows 8.1 installed in your system to get driver support for the system (drivers updated for your system by the manufacturer, HP)
Here the official supported OS for Intel HD Graphics article: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html
I would like to apologize for any possible inconvenient this may have caused you, if any additional inquiries are present, feel free to contact us back
Regards,
Esteban C
