I have a Dell Latitude 5490 with a HD graphics 620. Trying to run 3 monitors. 2 work fine. Cant change resolution on 3rd

Monitor 1 - HP E243 connected display port to mini DP on dock res 1920x1080. Monitor 2 -Dell E248WFP connected DVI to HDMI on dock res 1920x1200. Monitor 3 - Dell 1908FP connected via VGA. idea resolution 1280x1024. On #3 I can't change resolution. Only get 640x480. Can the graphic card support 3? What changes do I need to make?
