I have a vega m gl in the dell xps 9575. I am confused where I should get the latest drivers for this device. Do I download them from intel or Radeon?

 I am trying to play the newest Red Dead Redemption and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare I keep receiving a message to update to the latest Radeon Graphics drivers from AMD, but I was always under the impression that I should get the drivers from Intel. On paper the gpu should be able to handle these games on low settings. Is there just no support for this graphics card?

You go to Dell, unless they tell you to go to AMD.
