I have an Acer Aspire v15 laptop and I have 1" black bars bezel around my screen.How do I fix this?

I can't use amd catalyst control panel which is the only possible solution I can find to fix this, however my laptop is Intel i5 running Intel HD graphics 4400, so any suggestions on how to fix?

Which version of Windows do you have?

Have you tried setting up native screen resolution?

According to your computer specifications this would be 1366 x 768px.
