I installed Intel® Driver & Support Assistant before. After I upgraded to the new version, I used the DSAUninstaller tool to uninstall the old DSA. But when I installed the new version, I encountered the following problem.This is the description image an.

  1. Download Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Tool https://aka.ms/Program_Install_and_Uninstall .
  2. Run this tool and choose Uninstall function.
  3. Look for DSA entries and uninstall them.
  4. Install the latest IDSA version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant?product=128824
