I want to update my graphics driver but the automatic scan tool didn't work so I identified them manually but I don't know which driver to download. Can someone help?

So currently mine is Intel HD Graphics Family version 10.18.10.3958

Judging from the driver version you have a Baytrail processor.

 

Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=baytrail

Select OS from pull-down menu and hit "show more" button.
