Let me know the current processor model of your laptop and the operating system version.

Please tell me, if you already try with the driver provided with your laptop manufacturer.

Hi Kongsperfect,

Your laptop has 2 graphics cards; it has Intel® HD 4000 and AMD® Radeon HD 7700M. It is necessary to confirm with your laptop manufacturer if your system supports Hybrid or Switchable graphics technology.

In the case of Switchable, only AMD* driver is necessary on your system.

I suggest you to download and install the latest BIOS version, the latest chipset and Management Engine drivers from your system manufacturer website. Then, try again to install the Intel® HD 4000 graphics driver if your system has Hybrid graphics.
