Impossible to update my graphic driver.

Hello, my laptop and the website is saying to me that I need to update my driver but as soon as I try to install it, I have an error message saying that the drivers is not corresponding to my device.

 

Does someone have the same problem ?

What can I do to solve that ?

Since this notification my adobe suite is crashing meaning that I can't work and that's a huge problem for me !!

You need to contact the manufacturer of your laptop for assistance. They are solely responsible for your support (and warranty).

 

And, you should use only the drivers provided by your laptop manufacturer, and not the intel generic driver.
