Intel 770 uhd loses hardware acceleration in Chrome browser after idling for hours. Stutters.

Using a 12600k with intel UHD only.

After idling for a while, Chrome seems to lose hardware acceleration abilities. 

Youtube videos drop frames, and google maps website map browsing (panning, dragging, zoom) is very choppy and laggy

Restarting the browser temporarily cures the issue, until it happens again (often)

frequently need to restart browser to get hardware acceleration to work again.
