Hey, good morning!
So, my system specs are the following:
Windows 11 22H2
Intel driver Version 4148 Beta (the problem also occurs with 4146 and 4125)
REBAR ON
ARC A750 ASRock
Ryzen 5 5600 @ 4.9GHz
32GB DDR4 3200MHz
Gigabyte B550M DS3H on BIOS F17b
2x NVMe drives (Adata Falcon and SN550)
EVGA 700W PSU
LG 24GN600
Game client: Steam
Well, as you can see in this older topic from me , I was having some issues with Zen 2 + ARC.
I upgraded the CPU to a Zen 3 part, re-imaged the computer and re-installed the game and drivers and my performance improved A LOT.
BUT, I'm having the following problems in War Thunder:
FPS stutters when moving the screen rapdly (drops from around 150 to 70)
FPS stutters when switching camera (just like a half second stutter, very annoying)
FPS stutters randomly (seem to even out during the match, but won't go away)
V-sync and/or smooth sync won't cap my FPS to my monitor's refresh rate (144Hz)
In the video I recorded, I show my system, the stutters I'm having, but for some reason it didn't pick my mic's audio.
I think DXVK would improve things in this games, but, sadly, this game won't open with the DLLs at it's folder.
Here you can see my recording on YouTube , but if you wan't to see it without compression, here's the Google Drive link

Hello AjrAlves
Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing performance issues when playing War Thunder on your Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics.
We will need to further look into this issue, and you have already provided most of the information we need, I would like to ask just for the following:
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
- In regards, to the game not synchronizing the FPS to the monitor's refresh rate, Have you tried both Borderless Window and Fullscreen modes in the in-game settings? Does the issue happen in both?
Best Regards,
Hugo O.

Hello , i ve got bad perf with my a770 , i found this :
go into game files , edit config.blk with notepad
change line driver:t="auto" to : driver:t="dx10"
then , save , and change the file to read only in properties
it run perfect for me , way better than dx12
if you want change setting in game uncheck read only , etc
