Intel Arc 750 card issu

Hi Intel.
My name is Surajit Das ,I am a 3d animator,I am build a pc Intel i5 10th gen, Intel Arc 750 graphic card
I am faceing some issue like

1=Maya GPU rendering error
2=substance painter TDR issue,(software note opening)
3=iclone 7 GPU issue(pure graphic showing)

We see that you are having multiple issues with the Intel Arc 750 graphic card; however, we recommend opening a new thread per issue so we can continue assisting you. We recommend reporting one thread per issue to keep the threads organized. So we will continue to help you with the error message "substance painter TDR issue" when opening a substance 3d painter.

 

To better assist you, we would like to ask for the following:

  • Is the issue present since day one?
  • Was another graphics card in your system before the Intel Arc 750 Graphic Card?
  • What is your graphics card model? Do you have a Limited Edition Card or a model from another graphics card manufacturer: MSI, Sparkle, GUNNIR, AsRock, Acer?
  • We would like to check more details about your system. Provide us with a report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

We see that you are experiencing issues with multiple applications, Maya Software, iClone, and Substance printer. We will continue to assist you with the Substance printer problem on this thread, and we invite you to submit individual questions for the other two applications so we can assist you further.

 

We also would like to request you one more time a system report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU). This would help us have more details about your hardware configuration, as well as some software details such as the Operating System, BIOS, and Driver versions.

 

Finally, we want to confirm the exact model of your Intel Arc 750. Do you have a Limited Edition Card, or is it a model from another Intel Arc Graphics manufacturer: MSI, Sparkle, AsRock, GUNNIR, or Acer?

Hello Surajit007,

 

Thank you for the information you provided. We see that your driver version is 31.0.101.4953. so we would like to let you know that there is a new driver 31.0.101.5081/31.0.101.5122. Based on this, we recommend you run the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) software to make sure all the previous residues are eliminated. and then, update your graphics driver to the latest version available. Let us know if the "substance painter TDR issue" error message remains.
