Hello,
I encounter a problem with my Arc 750 Graphics. i purchase it around October 2023 and it's been working fine until around end of January 2024. the problem occurs when i entered the windows login screen then my screen goes blank and restart itself, and now it stuck on blank screen every time i tried to turning on my PC (there is not even a Mobo splash logo, just straight up no display).
at first i tried to reseat ram, GPU, clear CMOS, and my monitor works fine with other device. i swap my Arc with my older GPU and it works fine, now since i can enter Windows with my old GPU i tried to update my BIOS, turn on ReBar, and DDU my intel driver but the same problem still exist.
the only online solution that i haven't test is using Display Port cable, unfortunately i don't have a Monitor or TV with DP support lying around.
Any suggestion or help is much appreciated, thank you.
