Intel Arc Control is missing while installing Drivers

Hi there,

I recently installed the Intel Arc A750 GPU on my system and downloaded the necessary drivers (Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*) from the official Intel website:
Driver Download Link

However, the Arc Control Panel did not install successfully. I’ve attached a screenshot of the installation process for your reference, as well as my SSU file.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? How can I get the Arc Control Panel installed?

Additionally, I would appreciate any tips or recommendations to optimize this GPU for my PC. I primarily use it for productivity tasks, such as working in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar applications.

Thank you so much for your time and support!

Hello TareqHossen,

Thank you for posting in our communities.

The Arc control is no longer supported; we have created a new application, Intel Graphics Software, which will replace both the Arc control and IGCC, which means that the Arc control and IGCC features are all in Intel Graphics Software.

Note: In older graphics cards, IGCC will still be supported.

Once your Intel graphics driver has been updated, the Intel graphics software will be installed automatically as it is bundled with the graphics driver.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

There was an option to enable ReBAR from the application without booting into bios using arc control. I don't see any option where you can do that in the intel graphics software, I just got a new laptop with an integrated arc card and i don't want to boot into the bios.

Good afternoon,

I came across this question and answer, however I have another query directly related to the Intel Graphics Software.

In Arc Control, we used to be able to toggle an overlay with the GPU metrics.  This appears to be absent in the new software, is this feature going to be added in at a later date?

I miss my overlay 😞

Thanks

I have updated to the new drivers and software and I no longer have the ability to screen record through the software like I did. How do I capture my screen for recording videos and streaming now?
