Intel Arc Graphics Driver Complains of Invalid MSI Installation Package

I am trying to install the latest Intel Arc graphics driver, but the installer throws the following error:

When I find and choose the missing file it immediately throws the second error in the screenshot. Any ideas how to resolve?

FYI, I am using the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to initialize the download/installation. 

Other points:

• Intel driver version (attempting to install): 32.0.101.6449
• Windows 11 Pro: Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
  

I can continue through the installation if I close these two windows, but not sure what I am messing up by not correcting this.
