Is Intel Deep Link with dedicated Arc cards work with Intel 14th generation cpu's (that have iGPU)?
Any documentation I can find seems to specific 12th, and 13th generation.
If it does, any specific motherboard chipsests I should opt for?

Hi etempest,
Thank you for patiently waiting,
Intel Deep Link is supported on 14th generation processors when paired with Arc graphics. We have successfully tested Deep Link Hyper Encode on an Intel Arc A750 combined with an Intel Core i9 14900K.
Could you please specify if you were interested in a particular technology?
Best regards,

I was thinking of building a low wattage system with the Arc 380 and something like the Intel i5-14600 65w for hardware media encoding / decoding, especially AV1 (with support apps) now that you have microcode that fixed / prevents instability issues if I bought a new 13th &14th cpu with graphics.

Hi etempest,
Thank you for patiently waiting, with regards to the microcode patch update, it fix the instability issue on 13th and 14th generation desktop processor. I would suggest to buy the 13th and 14th generation processor after you check the required feature that meets your requirements. Also, please try to evaluate it with your project/program, and if you ever need help or further assistance while you doing the evaluation, we are happy to do it in the process.
Best regards,
