recently updated bios on dell inspiron 3520 and drivers and new problems emerged

recently I've updated my bios and my iris xe graphics driver before i was having a problem where my pc would bsod black screen and crash my games after a while the issues were fixed with these new drivers and bios updates but not after i play a game for a while my watts randomly go from 27-30 to 10 watts i do not know what to do but games are unplayable

Kindly run this on your system so that I can gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
