Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and windows update problem

Hello,

 

I am using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant for driver updates. But when I check windows update, always driver downgrade to windows update version. I checked "dont update drivers" in windows update options but still getting update! 

 

How can I stop that? I try many things.

Download and use Microsoft Show Hide Updates Utility.
