Hi Ogmios,
Thank you for reaching out about the Intel-Gfx-Display-External Event ID 10 errors you're experiencing with your Core Ultra 9 275HX system. I can see you're getting thousands of these errors daily in Event Viewer while using an external display connected to your RTX 5070 Ti via DisplayPort.
I notice you're already running the latest Intel graphics driver version 32.0.101.8136, which is good.
When did this issue start? Was this happening from the beginning, or did it start after a recent change (driver update, Windows update, etc.)?
Since this appears to be a laptop system with hybrid GPU configuration, I'd recommend using the OEM-provided graphics drivers as they're specifically optimized for your laptop's hardware configuration. However, I'll do my best to assist you with this issue.
Could you please provide an Intel SSU report for detailed system analysis? Download: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005567/processors.html
If you're not comfortable sharing the SSU report, please provide your exact laptop model.
If the issue persists after our troubleshooting, you may need to contact your laptop manufacturer (OEM) as they have specialized expertise with your specific hardware configuration and hybrid GPU setup.
Best regards,
Dean R.

Same situation with me.
- CPU: Core Ultra 9 275HX
- DGPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop
- Hybrid GPU Mode: ON
- NO External display
- Intel Display Driver: 32.0.101.6629, also tested 32.0.101.8136 both with this error
When booting Windows, there is a 10 second delay between the Windows logo and the login screen, which is caused by the Intel driver, because with NVidia graphics everything starts immediately.
