I have installed a game 'Valorant' which used to run fine. Until recently after I had reset the laptop from the setting options.
My game crashes due to a particular DDL.
The event viewer is showing the following:

Hi @Saboteur,
Thank you for posting in the community. To better assist you with your concern, please provide additional information by answering the questions below.
- Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
- Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game that is experiencing crashing issue? (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.)
- Are you downloading drivers from Intel directly or using Windows Update/laptop manufacturer?
- Does the crash happen at a specific point (startup, during gameplay, loading screens)?
- Can you generate a detailed crash log report for Valorant by following the steps in this article: Need help? Reporting a bug or issue with Arc GPU? - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST! - Intel Community, This will give us more detailed information about what's happening when the game crashes.
- Can you check Device Manager under "Display adapters" - do you see any error messages, warning signs (yellow triangles), or unknown devices listed there?
I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.
Best regards,
