Hi Juanp1414,

 

 

As a troubleshooting, I recommend you to verify if you are already using the latest BIOS and system drivers including Chipset Driver, Management Engine and Graphics Driver from your laptop manufacturer website.

Try to test your computer with any other high-quality HDMI cable without video adapters.
